Customers weren’t sure which mattress topper was the best fit for their needs. With multiple options available - each offering different comfort levels and sizes - it was difficult to confidently choose the right one.

Nyte introduced a Mattress Topper Quiz designed to help customers find the most suitable product based on their sleep preferences and current mattress condition. Instead of browsing through multiple options, users are guided step by step through a simple set of questions.

The quiz starts with a clear welcome page explaining the goal - helping users find their ideal mattress topper based on their sleep needs. From there, customers go through a structured flow of questions covering key factors such as:

  • Their sensitivity to heat during the night
  • Body type and weight range
  • Preferred comfort level

If the customer enters their email and opts in to receive newsletter, they receive a email immediately after submitting the quiz.
